We are a small business who takes pride in our products, presentation and quality of materials. All items are custom or one of a kind and are non-returnable / refundable.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check spelling before submitting order. If an order is incorrect by fault of MTD we will absolutely re-print the item for the customer.

If a product arrives damaged please let us know within 3 days via email and make sure to include a photo, so we can make it right.
