We are a small business who takes pride in our products, presentation and quality of materials.

PROOFS - Proofs will not be sent. Please enter your name exactly as you want it to appear on the product you are ordering.

PRINT & PROCESSING TIME - Orders are processed in 3 to 5 business days and sent off to print. Please allow 10-15 business days from receipt of payment to expected delivery.

SHIPPING - Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and tracking will be shared, via email, once your order has shipped.

RETURNS - All items are custom or one of a kind and are non-returnable / refundable.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check spelling before submitting order. If an order is incorrect by fault of MTD we will absolutely re-print the item for the customer.

If a product arrives damaged please let us know within 3 days via email and make sure to include a photo, so we can make it right.
